As defined and shown on their cladogram (Sanz et al. 1999:fig. 4), Eutitanosauria is a junior synonym of the node-based taxon Saltasaurinae (Sereno 1998).  Probably for that reason, the taxon was not used in several recent phylogenies (Wilson 2002, Wilson and Upchurch 2003, Upchurch et al. 2004).  

Salgado (2003) recently proposed a second-order revision of Eutitanosauria with no mention of the preceding definition. His is a stem-based definition that apparently applies to a more inclusive clade.  The utility of this taxon in the context of the other better known and more consistently used taxa within Titanosauria is questionable.
